• Oversee the product development for tooling programs

•   To support all welding processes and applications to produce quality products through repair and troubleshooting weld equipment.
•  To assign job duties and responsibilities to Weld Techs and Engineering Mechanics to support assembly production 

• Use Industrial Engineering concepts to improve systems based on Man, Machine, Materials and Methods. 
• Develop analytical tools to report on productivity indicators, driving action items for quality, equipment and personnel performance.

•  Lead problem solving process for assigned production area 
•  Development of standard process controls for new product launches 
•  Lead auditing process for assigned production area
